Andreas Buergi is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Elegant Success Ltd., a leading management consulting firm established in Switzerland in 2004.

He has more than 35 years of hands-on leadership experience in business, serving corporate clients around the world.

In recent years he has successfully coached and trained more than 22'000 corporate CEOs, business executives and sales specialists world-wide in advanced leadership, successful business transformation and intercultural negotiation techniques. In addition, Andreas has frequently conducted corporate keynotes and thought-provoking presentations for large audiences at major international business conferences, chambers of commerce and leadership summits world-wide in 32 countries, on 5 continents.

He worked in the financial services industry in Europe for 10 years at the beginning of his career, from where he went on to become a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, before starting his own business.

Andreas holds a Master of Business Administration from the City University of Seattle USA and a Diploma of English Studies from Cambridge University UK, as well as a PhD from AIHT USA (an institute which has drifted off into academic nirvana...). He initially graduated from Zurich University College, completed the executive business leadership program (SKU) at the University of St. Gallen and studied systemic solution-oriented coaching at the University of North-Western Switzerland, as well as CoachU, USA.

Andreas is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified Birkman consultant.
