Andreas is the Managing Partner of the Elegant Success Ltd., a leading consulting firm established in Switzerland in 2004.

He has more than 35 years of hands-on leadership experience in business, servicing clients around the world.

In recent years he has successfully coached and trained more than 22'000 business executives, entrepreneurs and sales specialists world-wide in advanced leadership, exponential business growth and intercultural negotiation techniques.

Andreas worked in the financial services industry in Europe for 10 years at the beginning of his career, from where he went on to become a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, before starting his own business.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the City University of Seattle USA and a Diploma of English Studies from Cambridge University UK, as well as a PhD from AIHT USA (an institute which has drifted off into academic nirvana...).

Andreas initially graduated from Zurich University College, completed the executive business leadership program (SKU) at the University of St. Gallen and studied systemic solution-oriented coaching at the University of North-Western Switzerland, as well as CoachU, USA.

He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified Birkman consultant.
